LED Indicator Description
| Indicator | Status | Description |
| PWR | STEADY ON/BLINKING | The modem is powered on |
| OFF | The modem is powered off. Please check if the power cable is connected | |
| GE | STEADY ON/BLINKING | The Ethernet connection is in normal state |
| OFF | The Ethernet cable is not connected or is faulty. | |
| LINE | STEADY ON/BLINKING | The coaxial cable is connected properly |
| OFF | The coaxial cable is not connected properly or coaxial cable is faulty |
Troubleshooting Guide

| FAULTY | OFF | OFF | OFF | The cable modem is not powered on. Please check if AC adapter is connected or if power outlet is working |
| FAULTY | ON | ON/BLINKING | OFF | The connection of cable modem to wireless router or computer is disconnected, or the ethernet cable is defective |
| FAULTY | ON | OFF | ON/BLINKING | The cable modem is powered on but is not receiving signal from the coaxial outlet. Please ensure coaxial cable is connected properly. |
| FAULTY | ON | BLINKING | BLINKING | The hardware is faulty. Please contact support |
