By following these steps, you can securely pay your Capti bill using your credit card through the Customer Portal. Stripe ensures that your payment information is handled safely and confidentially during the transaction process.

Log into the Customer Portal:

  • Open your web browser and visit the website: https://myaccount.capti.com.au
  • Enter your login credentials, including your username and password, to access your account.

View Your Account Balance:

  • Once logged in, you will be directed to the homepage of the Customer Portal.
  • On the homepage, you will find an overview of your account details.
  • Look for the "Account Balance" section, which displays information about the amount owed.

Enter the Payment Amount:

  • In the designated field, enter the amount you wish to pay towards your bill.
  • You have the flexibility to choose the payment amount based on your current balance or any specific payment arrangement.
  • Make sure to enter the payment amount accurately.

Select "Pay by Stripe":

  • Once you have entered the desired payment amount, click on the "Pay by Stripe" button.
  • Stripe is Capti's secure credit card payment processing provider.
  • By choosing this option, you will be directed to a secure payment gateway to complete the transaction.

Complete the Payment:

  • You will be redirected to the Stripe payment page, which is secured and encrypted to protect your credit card information.
  • Follow the instructions on the page to enter your credit card details, including the card number, expiration date, CVV, and any other required information.
  • Verify that the payment details are accurate before proceeding.

Confirm and Submit Payment:

  • Once you have entered your credit card details, review the payment summary to ensure accuracy.
  • If everything is correct, click on the "Submit Payment" or "Pay Now" button to finalize the transaction.

Payment Confirmation:

  • After submitting the payment, you will receive a confirmation message indicating the successful payment.
