How We Can Help

If your property has been built with the nbn network or within Fixed Wireless coverage, we can request NBN to update their system and issue a LOC ID for your property. To do this, we need you to provide the GPS location of your property along with proof of occupancy.

Required Documents

To process your request, you’ll need to provide one of the following documents as proof of occupancy:

Accepted Proof of Occupancy Documents:

  • Utility Bill: A clear utility bill (water, electricity, or gas) from within the last 3 months showing the "service address" as your current address.
  • Insurance Document: An insurance document specific to the address, such as a home or business policy.
  • Contract of Sale: A recent contract of sale for the property.
  • Signed Lease Agreement: A lease agreement that includes the start date and signatures of both the tenant and landlord.
  • Certificate of Currency: A current insurance policy certificate.
  • Council Rates Notice: A recent council rates notice for the property.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive the required document, we will submit it to NBN on your behalf. NBN will then process the request, update their system, and issue a new LOC ID for your property. This will allow your service activation to proceed.
