What Should I Do If the nbn® NTD is Missing?

If your NTD (NBN Connection Box) is missing and you've recently moved into a new property, please contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. The NTD is crucial for certain types of NBN connections.

However, if your connection type is FTTN (Fibre to the Node) or FTTB (Fibre to the Building), you won’t need an NTD or NBN Box. Instead, you’ll only require:

• A modem router,
• A DSL/phone cable, and
• Access to a telephone wall socket for your internet connection.
