With a Static IP, you receive a fixed IP address that remains consistent throughout your use of the service.

  • Freedom from CG-NAT: A static IP provides a direct, public IP address, bypassing CG-NAT.
  • Single Static IP via DHCP: For residential customers, Capti offers a single static IP dynamically assigned via DHCP, ensuring easy setup with no manual configuration.
  • Business Subnet Availability: Subnets are available for business customers upon request, but not for residential users.

Ordering Process

To request a Static IP, please submit a request via your customer portal. Please be aware that Static IP requests may take 24-48 hours to process. The current pricing for static IPs is $10 per month, which is subject to change.

Static IP Terms and Conditions

For full details, please refer to your service terms and conditions. Below is a summary of the key points specific to our Static IP service, which is subject to availability:

  • IP Address Assignment: By subscribing to Capti’s Static IP Service, you are assigned a fixed IP address for your use. However, the IP remains the property of Capti.
  • Non-Transferability: The static IP assigned to you cannot be transferred to another ISP and is meant for use within Capti’s network only.
  • Relocation: If you move locations, retaining the same static IP may not be possible. Each case will be reviewed for feasibility.
  • IP Address Changes: Capti reserves the right to modify or change your assigned IP address for operational reasons. We will provide at least seven days' notice to minimize any service disruption, except in the case of an emergency.
  • Usage Responsibility: You are responsible for using the IP address in compliance with laws and regulations. Misuse may result in service revocation.
  • Service Termination: Upon termination of your service, access to the static IP will also end. Capti is not liable for any inconvenience caused by this termination.
  • No Subleasing: You cannot assign, sublease, or transfer your assigned static IP to a third party without written consent from Capti. Unauthorized transfers may result in service termination.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding static IPs will be resolved through negotiations, and if needed, arbitration as per Capti’s service agreement.
  • Acceptance of Terms: By using Capti’s Static IP Service, you agree to these terms. Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of your service.
